When I picked up the car, the lady at the desk told us that there was no SUV available (category that I booked) and that she was giving us a BMW break, claiming that it was the same category (which is NOT; I booked an SUV not a “large car”). After insisting and showing her that we werent going to settle for a break, she miraculously found an Audi SUV available. How convenient.

The staff were really friendly. The only red flag for them is that they tried to include always more extra things (insurance and extra coverage), even they changed my reservation and added me an extra day when i didn´t want that.
