Alaska was fine. The Kayak booking was unacceptable and a nightmare. We had literally 25-30 minutes from getting off our prior flight, picking up our checked luggage, going through US customs, rechecking our bags, going through TSA, then racing across a massive airport via train and running to make our flight in time. We almost missed it! Super disappointed with Kayak.

I had an amazing flight with Bangkok airways. I wasn’t even expecting any!! service on a one hour flight! I got a warm meal, water, I was offered, orange juice, tea and coffee on this short flight. I was more than happy because I had a very long day of flying from Seoul to Bangkok and then to samui. Amazing friendly staff, I had a whole row to myself because it wasn’t fully booked. Can truly recommend.
