เวียดนามแอร์ไลน์ flights from Phnom Penh to Vientiane (PNH - VTE)

It's a top notch airline. The airplane was very poorly designed, they embedded a control panel in the armrest. Think about that, it's called literally an "arm" "rest". Because of this, more than 20 times during the 13 hour flight my light got turned on when I was trying to sleep & other passengers were trying to sleep.

Bad boarding and landing because we had to take crowded long bus to/from terminal. Boring snack food on flight because no meal was served.

I love it

Food was so good! Only a short flight (1hr20mins) but received a beef and rice noodle dish, bread, cupcake, water AND wine?

Can believe it very bad 👎 service

Great airline but online check in is hit and miss.

Qantas lost my luggage upon arrival. When I reported it to their staff and they entered the wrong details in the system and still haven’t updated it since. My baggage hasn’t been found found for more than 3 days now
