please correct the web page from the usa. I couldn't make any nchanges and there is no option to select an automatic car or a gearbox car. Also add the local telephone number.

Ended up paying extra day. I rented car at 4 pm local time. At time of rental agent failed to point out that rental return was noon local time. There was no printout provided for review. Based on rental experience with other companies ie Hertz Budget Avis both abroad and in United States, I assumed that car was due by time was rented. The 11 page rental agreement sent via email is hard to read on phone and actual rental dates times are buried and hard to find. Had no issues on prior two rentals. Doubt will use this outfit again.

The company tried to take €600.00 of deposit for a small car, where other companies take up to 1000 PLN for a big car. I had to simply resign from hiring as the team was very rude and unhelpful and get a car at the airport from a different company paying only 500.00 PLN deposit. I have been told that this company does not pay the deposit back mostly to the foreign customers, making up false damage claims. Be aware!!!!
