Easy pickup, great staff, clean vehicle. The one I wanted wasn’t available (I was given a much bigger vehicle which was harder for the tiny towns I was visiting) but it was also electric which was great!

Friendly service and clean car.

I had the car reserved at 8 am but showed up late to pick it up. I was told that my car was no longer available. They offered me a very large car (nightmare in a tight parking garage) instead of the small one I had reserved. I understand a punishment for turning it in late...but aren’t I paying for it whether I pick it up on time or not? In the end, they gave me a small car and all was well.

There was trash in the glove box. Trunk was too small. Shocks & brakes were worn out. User manual was only in French. I was pressed for time, terminal was too far away to reprocess so I was stuck with it. Could not have known about mechanical condition until driving it.

Couldn’t pick up car because flight was delayed and they closed at 5, had my brother in law pick up car so they changed reservation and charged me e $300 more, tried to get compensation, called them several times and got no satisfaction.

I rent an A segment class in Luxembourg. I knew they would charge me but I need it. Anyway. I got an Astra SW with everything. Well I know 80 euros including insurance are a lot but I got a lot of a car. 17K kilometers. Condition ok

The tires needed air. And the wipers needed replacement. Tires were OK winter alright but not first class. Few scratches. But the company knew them. Relief.

Everything was great. Clean and nice.

It is really hard to call service number provided. Seems to be the same in case of emergency and booking. Should be a different line. I don't want to think how is going to be if there is a problem or collusion and you need to call that number.
