If you are going to Ladack . Fly in to Kangra .. not Amritsar. 5 hrs of driving hell. Roads like the worst 4 wheel drive roads in USA. I arrived beaten and battered like I was a line backer in the NFL. Don’t know why my round trip air booked it this way.. don’t make that mistake. Nothing worthwhile on journey but the dirtiest part on norther India.. this is my 3rd journey to India ..
