I need wheelchair but your crew an Indian Lady I think in the check -in counter did not give me wheelchair from Singapore. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

I was moved to a row of empty seats and it made my flight very comfortable. Unfortunately I got sick on the flight but the attention received from everyone was first class and may very well have saved my life. Thank you Scoot.
Worse trip ever
Not enough leg room.
The aircraft, departure & arrival times, flight attendants were excellent. What could have been better: a bit more amenities: blanket, USB power ports, etc.
Flight was okay. 1 piece of Luggage is still missing.

I’m arrange at Zone 2 seat.Staff ask to queue up from zone 1 to zone 3 but just allow zone 1 and 3 go in first.Then what is the point to ask zone 2 to queue up at the first and wait for zone 1 ?
we were on Scoot Plus, there was priority check-in, boarding and alighting, free drink with food, free 30Mb wifi, seats were roomy, it was an awesome flight!
