The person at the counter was nice however the car that I was given was extremely dirty. I had a meeting that I was attending and I was given a dirty car to drive. When I asked for other options and offered to wait to have it cleaned they simply stated that the did not have that option.

Check-in was very easy, the staff was very informative and helpful, and they explained without any hiccups. My only concern was that I paid for insurance when I did the reservation, but it was useless because the insurance company does not have any contract with the rental in the Dominican Republic. It will be better for the business and customers to be aware of that to avoid the hustle of requesting a refund from the insurance that you paid when you book the reservation.

Car insurance in DR is almost 1.5 times the cost of the car rental it self! Crazy amount of monies!!!
