Easy pick up and drop off, car was fine. GPS was sometimes not great and I had to use my own data on my phone on occasions. Car Play also wasn’t always working but it still worked via Bluetooth with my phone, so no worries there either.

It was just a little confusing after checking in at Oslo Central Station finding the car. The Volvo XC60 worked out okay for 4 adults and luggage. (A little more room would have been nice but it was the biggest car that I could find to rent in Oslo.)

The car was nice. Pickup at the airport in Stavanger was kind of slow, but relatively smooth. Did not like the process of having to go through Hertz rental agreement to have to charge the car every time. Instructions at pickup were pretty poor about Norway's autopass system with tolls, parking, etc. And extremely poor instructions at drop off. Had to hunt through a parking garage for a self service kiosk with no clear instructions on where to leave the car.

I had a language barrier and the rental people did not fully go over my agreement which was incorrect that I was returning to the same as pick up-a huge fee for One way-I had an electric car and when I went to turn in there was only one place available to recharge for electric and it was not working. There was no place at drop off to recharge-so therefore I was not able to recharge.

Very disappointed with the dishonesty with the rental agent in Norway , he talked me out of a reservation I made online saying that he would provide a better deal. Well the final bill was twice as much as the original reservation made online. The contract was not in English and I believe he threw in extra charges

They charged me twice for one rental. Now I have to try to get them to take off the double charge :( watch them and don’t trust them!

When we dropped the car off, there was no one to check the car, hand in the key, etc. We had to go into the airport terminal & give the key back to the desk. A day or so later, we got an email saying that we had damaged the car. Included were pictures that showed a MINISCULE scuff on one of the wheel rims. Will Sixt actually "repair" the rim? Not a chance. This seems to be simply a way to soak more money from the customer.
