Baggage check took two hours. The flight didn't take off until 12:45. I arrived at the airport at 9 am, expecting to be able to check in my two bags quickly. The baggage counter didn't open until 10 am. Families of 4 would take 15-20 minutes to check in luggage. My suggestion would be to open the baggage check-in sooner and also figure out a way for the service crew to check in customers' luggage faster.
