แอร์นิวซีแลนด์ flights from Phuket City to Auckland (HKT - AKL)

The entertainment could certainly be improved on. Very little on offer unless there was a charge, even then not much choice

Delayed so they skipped our lunch and then left us hungry for most of the flight . Note to self - bring emergency snacks !

Very standard Air New Zealand flight. The only down side is the cost of long term parking at Rotorua airport. $90 for six days - $54 at Auckland Airport. Next time I’ll bypass Rotorua and drive to Auckland.

We sat inside the plane for nearly an hour before it was able to take off.

The food and entertainment were good

Decent flight, The staff were nice and came around with drink options often. Most of the hot food options were soggy and looked pretty gross tbh. Not all of the listed food choices were available and vegetarian options werent list. I booked with Air NZ but probably should have booked direct through Singapore Airlines. Seat selection and some other options werent available prior to flying because of this
