When finally he came for us the guy say the office is close and he have to stay behind to give the car away, one he learn that will be returning the car really early in the morning outside of business hours and he will have to come early too, he start mentioning that I need a UE driving permit to pick up the car and refuse to give me the car without it. The UE permit is real but the rental car company do net need it to rent the car technically a cop could pull you over and ask for it but in my opinion no cop will pull you over. I saw a car run a red light on a pedestrian cross almost hit a pedestrian with 2 motorcycle cop next to the scene and they did not react to it.
