Hello, I’m writing to let you know that we had a horrible experience with the rental service in Mexico (Cancún International Airport). We have paid for the car in full, however the day we arrived to get our car, the employees of Keddy were pressuring us to purchase their car insurance for 600 USD (which was not mandatory) in addition to 8500 USD deposit to rent the car we’ve already paid for. This was not listed anywhere in the contract. We were forced to leave the place and go back to the airport to rent another car with another company. I’m writing to let you know that Keddy is scamming people. Everyone else who was with us that day trying to get their rented car, was also pressured into paying much more and supplying a deposit. Many people were furious and just like us, they had to leave and find something else. It was a horrible experience for us and we really urge to remove them from your service. They are nasty scammers. I would also suggest to look into the reviews, because we are sure those were created by robots and not real people. Thank you, Kristina
