While dropping off, the attending associate was rude and unprofessional.

He tried to play by ear and not specific in terms of added tax and final amount. My rental said "tax included", so I didn't get it. He added more than 40% extra in taxes, even 10% extra for the Hotel Sheraton.

Kayak should not advertise "all tax included" when it is not true.

Nothing at all There not profesionalism at all, in the wedside said a price and when I got there to pick the car was a drama and bullshit There wasn't explanation about how everything work. At the time to return the car a nother problem they dnt even return my money back

I didn't Like it because of the hidden Charges i Paid , i end up Paying twice thw amount at the end, with this happening really took alot of Pleasure out my Vacation, Only wish i can get a exact amount before i Pay is how i would like this to be handle, un foretunately, for me it did not happen" in the Future i PLAN To shop around More to avoid the hidden Cost" Yes i'm Pissed" LF Frm Florida

First of all is not "Economy Rent a Car" but "Amer Rent A Car" so you can not found them. When I booked the vehicle was KIA Picanto,14 days was 190 USD but when I came price was 700 USD with full insurance or 350 half insurance...ok...but nobody told me that....same old story...190 USD is bite then you do not have a choice...:(

It's disgusting! They charge you 65% more after setting up a reservation online. "Economy Rent a Car" Av. Independencia No. 1065 Zona Universitaria Dn Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is screwing up people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSTITUTION TO TO ANYBODY..

At my arrival the car that was reserved was not available until the next day,so I had to go back to the airport and make the exchange from the car that I was given when I arrived which was too small and very worn-out
