staff was super friendly and professional at both ends. however, the drop off location was extremely confusing in Salzburg as it was having to go the wrong way on a one way street to return vehicle. the car was superb, luxurious beyond belief and practically drove itself with all the add ons.
only the return location could be easier to access. otherwise it was the most outstanding experience i have ever had in renting a vehicle

The vehicle was new and comfortable. Pickup and drop off was flexible.
The car was parked under a tree and dirty outside. The GPS had some issues and shutoff a couple times.
I ordered a Mercedes’ and received a Mazda. When I told the agent this he said there was nothing he could do. So effectively I paid a premium to receive a Mazda instead on a Mercedes’
I booked the car for 215 Euros with tax and additional fees. I'm being charged 440 Euros. - I filled up the car with gas. - There were no damages. - Budget is not refunding the outstanding money.
Staff was readily available and I was provided with a wonderful new car. They stuck to the price they had listen on their website.
They charge a hefty "kaution" which makes you pay an extra 100 euros that is returned after the service is finished and the car is returned.
Drop off was super easy, fast
they didnt have a car for us, although the fact that we had a reservation. they told us things like "it's not your fault", "what do you want me to do". they told us to call the customer service for finding a solution but the customer service told us that we need to speak with the people in the store. because we already booked hotels in different places we had to find a car, a day after christmas day when all the companies are almost fully booked. it took us 4 hours until we found one, in a different company of course. don't order Budget/Avis (they work together) if you want agood experience.
Very difficult to find. Used an Uber to get there. It is in a parking garage, so there is no street address
The service was good. But there was some misunderstanding with the price. At the momondo.com was one price, but at the pick-up it have been changed. And became almost twice expensive.
We had a very bad experience with the front desk Miss Simona. She was rude and boring. No good morning, no hello, nothing. Not even a smile. She always gave us the impression that we(CLIENTS) were bothering her all the time! I am certain she is in the wrong job.
The price was excessive
The car even though it was new, has two annoying problems: 1; front parking sensor buzzing most the time and 2; blocked control remote key opening.This is because of Opel, not Sixt, but anyway the performance of the work is not finally good for us the customers.
I would have liked flexibility to drop off the car to another location (within the same city) free of charge.

1/ to allow the car be driven to romania. or at least warn clearly about it at booking time. 2/ for booking system to be more upfront about insurance costs
