Not once in the conversation with the agent was I told that I would be billed nearly €450- the price of a single ticket. When I arrived and was billed €450 at check in for a 25kg bag I was in shock. I will forever fly Emirates now who charged me only €25 to check my bike. I like Abu Dhabi more than Dubai but I can’t afford that insane price. I spoke with a manager and she wouldn’t help me find a better solution for the luggage. I’ve talked now to multiple agents and am left feeling exploited.
