Awful . Flight was overbooked. The boarding cards could not be printed, you had to wait more than one hour in a line that only two kiosks were working, staff was leaving and inside the plane they had the same seats in 3 cases at least winter twice!! I’ve never experienced such a disorganization! Awful

Awful . Flight was overbooked. The boarding cards could not be printed, you had to wait more than one hour in a line that only two kiosks were working, staff was leaving and inside the plane they had the same seats in 3 cases at least winter twice!! I’ve never experienced such a disorganization! Awful
