Awful . Flight was overbooked. The boarding cards could not be printed, you had to wait more than one hour in a line that only two kiosks were working, staff was leaving and inside the plane they had the same seats in 3 cases at least winter twice!! I’ve never experienced such a disorganization! Awful

Again, I missed this flight because of the first leg of my journey being delayed by three hours. I hope the people on the flight had a nice flight.

I didn't get to fly this leg because of the issue at the very beginning. I hope the people who did fly it enjoyed their experience.

Mediocre|Dec 2025

The plane was three hours late leaving Podgorica. The reason that we were given was that the de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up and the ice to melt naturally. This meant we missed all our previously booked legs, and had to be rerouted using three other airlines that added a layover, an airport transfer, and overnight in a hotel. Not to mention that we arrived on Sunday, it's now Wednesday (Christmas Eve), and our checked bags (with Christmas gifts) have still not arrived. So - yeah. Not a great travel experience. Here's hoping Austrian Air does right for us by way of restitution.
