I thought there was an actual Sixt office at the airport in Beirut but there wasn't. We had to call and meet the guy in the downstairs parking lot and had to sign all the paperwork on the hood of the car. That wasn't particularly professional and made for a lot of issues and potential to loose things. Plus I couldn't get a receipt when I turned in the car. I don't love that.

Very expensive for that kind of economic car. Found better and cheaper. Insurance more expensive than rental. does not worth it

The price was ok.

The brakes weren't working properly. The tires were not safe to drive, and should be replaced. The steering wheel vibrates on high speeds. The car's power outlet didn't work, so i couldn't charge my phone while driving.

The office is clean and comfortable. The stuff are really nice people. No hassle drop off. The car was top notch.

It was hard to find exact address of the office. Would be useful if owners put it on Google Maps.

the mileage says unlimited while at the offices of hertz they said that it was limited to 150 km per day and any extra kms will be charged.

The staff is friendly and a manager gave me his card to use it nxt time i visit lebnon for a car upgrade

The car was so slow, so weak, and consumes alot of gas. I ended up payin akot of money.

We rented a bigger car (accenture or similar) to fit our bags and ourselves, when the booking went through and saw kia picanto, we thought it had to be a mistake, at the counter we were told it was in fact a kia picanto since they dont have the other one. Told us to pay more for a bigger car.

- The employee of Budget car rental was sleeping and I had to wait at least 20 minutes till he woke up. - After he woke up, he refused to hand me the car for no clear reasons. - The employee of a car rental company suggested for me to use a taxi (Airport taxi).
