Cheap Car Rentals in Centro Storico, Florence

The location was closed and then not even open on the day we were supposed to pick up. We had no car when we arrived.

terrible customer service, was told to read the "fine print" and couldn't rent the car due to some restrictions that should have been clearly stated to customers instead of hidden in the "fine print".

I reserved an automatic car and was told by hertz that Kayak always has this problem with reservation. I was given a manual car, had to pay extra to get the one I want. Ended up $100 over the quoted price. Not sure who needs to see this. I hope it get resolved for future customers.
