The car documents at the pick-up reported only partially the existing scratches and damages … and it took me almost one hour to report it in full (it was impossible to get someone on the line…)

No line when picking up the vehicle, and staff at the desk were efficient.

The day after I parked the car in the garage and returned it after hours in exactly the same condition that I'd found it, I received an email ordering me to fill out an accident report for a 5cm long scratch on the rear bumper...that wasn't there during my rental. In the photos that they sent the "damage" couldn't even be seen on the overall shot of the back of the car, so I'm not convinced that everything matched up here. To give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe someone backed into the car in the tiny clearance of the garage, who knows. My insurance covers damage, but no one wants the hassle of filing a claim while on vacation, and this one in particular seems petty and opportunistic. I wouldn't recommend renting here.

All perfect, most friendly staff, bravo and thanks! Upon pick-up, one of the two computers at Sixt did not work which caused some trouble but I understand that such technical challenges are difficult to avoid.

Gothenburg central Station is a mess where you drop off the car. Not totally Sixt's fault, but tough to find drop off. Otherwise, dope car, great service, great price.
