My trip ended on April 29th a day earlier than my rental agreement to ensure it was returned on time with no issues. However the company has been making errors processing the return. I have received emails stating the vehicle was returned on 5/15 at a different location. Sixt seems to see there is an issue because the are currently processing a credit for the error, however my credit card account keeps fluctuating $800 due to their processing errors. My CC already posted the amount so I will have to pay interest even though it was credited back later.
