I was overcharged for my rental by about $70 for gas. I told Budget I did not want the "fuel up front" option when we rented the car, and was told I would not be charged for that. I returned the car with an almost full tank, expecting that I would be charged for the 1 or 2 litres necessary to fill up the tank. Instead I was charged 70 euros for the "fuel up front" option. I emailed the Station Manager, Julien Sigonney, at the Paris station in response to an email he sent me stating that if I had any concerns I should contact him directly instead of give a bad review. I emailed him immediately, asking for our final bill to see what I was charged for. It took him several days to get me a copy. Once I got a copy, I saw what I had been overcharged for and asked for a refund. It has not been two weeks and he has not responded. I have emailed twice more to get a response, and have received nothing. I will never rent from Budget again, and will make sure no one I know does either.
