|Aug 2023The car had food left inside. They ran out of cars, so they gave me a truck. The dash light kept coming on. The tires were in very poor condition and dangerous.

|Aug 2023I did not like being charged a per-day rate when I went through tolls. Some days I had to take a toll road that was only $.75 for the toll, but Avis charges something like $5/day to go through a toll at all. Please drop this charge. It’s b.s.

|Jul 2023Absolutely terrible experience. My flight canceled and I had to re-reroute to Manchester, NH. I TRIED CALLING/EMAILING/And the App but none would let me change the pickup location. When I finally went to cancel the reservation and make a new one you charged me full price. I am beyond frustrated and will never use Kayak EVER AGAIN.
