Shocking customer service. I was advised I could drop off at a different location. Went to drop of off and was advised I would be charged nearly a daily rate to drop off there. It was then to late to drop it to the original location and was therefor changed an extra day. The extra daily rate what’s then more than 30% of the original rate. It took over 1 hour to drop the car off. A complete waste of time and money. The staff at the sydney city need some serious training. Avoid at all cost.

After my extra effort to email and chat with your customer service and was assured that I would get the car I booked, I still received something not suitable and different to what I booked. My subsequent complaint fell on deaf ears as well.
