Hello I flew with 3 members of my family first class from Kuwait to London on the 16th of September and unfortunately we were very unhappy with our trip because of : No wifi The leather in seat area was scratched. The food was not in first class standards. The movies were old. When we reached London customs we had to stop in a very long waiting line ( no fast track ). On my way back with my wife on the 20th of October we experienced the following: We had to go all the way from the Concord lounge to gate C by ourselves ( while with other air companies we use a limousine to go directly the airplane ). And then we had to wait in a long line ( with the other economy class passengers ) to get to the airplane. Although I told the lady ( land crew ) that I’m a first class passenger and she replied rudely you missed the fast track and you have to wait with the other passengers. In Kuwait we had to wait for a long time to get our luggage ( the economy class passengers took their luggage before us ). Saying all the above I have to be compensated. Thanks
