First they denied I had reserved a car then refused to rent it to me without a passport, even though I have a valid driver's license.

Drop-off instructions are confusing. Also, drop-off location at Suvarnabhumi airport is not as good as for other rental car companies. Fortunately, the employee drove us with all our luggage to the gate where we had to check in.

Upon arriving in Bangkok we found that the van provided was unlike the one we reserved and could not store nearly the amount of luggage as the one shown online. We also were informed that we would not have gps even though we had requested it prior to our trip. The vehicle itself was in fair condition save for the speakers/radio deck which were abismal. They constantly shorted out and were nearly useless. When we returned from our trip and attempted to return the van, your customer service had claimed they could pick up the van for us; however, we were left on our own and had to return the van to a different budget. This cost us almost 4 hours and we nearly missed our bus. Considering that we gave months notice on our requests we are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service and will not be using budget again.

Brand new diesel pick-up with covered bed to put all our luggage. Easy Drop Off on upper level when returning the vehicle and catching a flight, they came up and met me so I could then enter the terminal at the most convenient spot to access my check-in.

Nothing to complain about at all.

It's older basic model vehicle, no backup camera but it clean and it got set of new tire; so, it's ok for me. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I was given a car that had questionable brakes and had major issues with the front end alignment and engine. I contacted the facility and they changed out the car immediately however I had to drive back to the airport which was a 5 hour round trip and pay for the fuel cost to make the change. I recommend that you test the car by a short drive around the airport before completely committing to the car. Eurocar did have an associate who was really adept at handling the situation which made the rating increase a bit. I will try another car rental agency. whatever you do never, ever rent from Avis - Thailand.
