Spent two days trying to process a simple reservation extension and change of drop off location. Got shuffled from US Headquarters to Spanish reservation desk to local offices. Many calls, many attempts, and they could not figure it out. Promised to call back, nothing. At the end we did not manage.
They had not information about prepaid alliance insurance and wanted double payment. I will never use. Kayak again
Was unable to rent the vehicle as only one person on staff, and they seemed overwhelmed with the three renters in front of me.
The app was the absolute worst, it wouldn’t allow me to change pick up time or day as my flight got delayed. Wasn’t able to get hold of customer support over the phone. Literally worst renting car experience. Won’t use again
