I would like to give Andre a very good recommendation. His service was at the highest level and he was very pleasant during the entire process with both check in and after. He went above and beyond what was necessary and deserves the positive feedback!

Persuaded to upgrade on arrival (I had booked the cheapest option and intended to do a fair amount of miles). Would definitely book direct next time, this was the last time via KAYAK. When my flight was delayed I contacted the number from KAYAK and they said they could do nothing, that I could miss my pick up slot and loose the car, that it might be better to cancel and rebook, but that they couldn't act on my behalf and inform SIXT at Bologna Airport. I would have to do that myself, directly with the desk. Then why bother using an agent?
