Scam! I rent the car based on unlimited km. I get to the location to be told it is not. I decline the insurance because i have a credit card insurance to be forced to pay 12$ a day. Ended up paying 66$ above the price and returning the car a day earlier because i ran out of kms! Plus the agent had no idea how to use to system!

Didnt give me the car i paid for. Waited a long time for the car. Extra 250$ charged to my card without explanation. Told me they dont have a car and that they couldnt help me. I had to insist to have one.

I liked nothing the owner and the young kid that worked there were ignorant, unhelpful, unfriendly, condescending and in my opinion scam artist. That your company promotes these people as a legitimate business is appalling. They don't pick you up with a shuttle you have to uber over to them.....which you pay for!!!!! Slow service took me 1 1/2 hours from the time I call them to pick me up for the car to actually get a car. It took less time to fly from Atlanta Georgia than get my car. Car selection and cleanliness was awful. You feel very uncomfortable in the area and the broken-down home that it is based out of I am a man and felt uncomfortable can't imagine being a woman and being dropped off at this location. I got the insurance online because I did not trust this fly by night car rental and when I got there, they said they don't take that insurance, and I would need to contact that company to get my money back. Then they forced me to buy their insurance because they would not accept my insurance. AWFUL!!!!!!!!! How Kayak puts their name with this company is stupid in my opinion and because of that I will never do business with either of you again.

IT would of been better if Economy Rent a Car in Dorval was open pass 5PM. I landed in Montreal after 5pm so I was not able to get the car I rented for the weekend. I had to rent a car from another company. Nowhere on the website that I booked the car on did it indicate the rental company was closing at 5pm. Do they not think that there are no arrivals or departures after 5pm at Montreal Airport? Not happy at all .Will be looking for a full refund.

it was really bad, our reservation was made through priceline for for 2 days with unlimited mileage. however, upon arrival we were choked that the agent told us our reservation didn’t include unlimited mileage if we are planing to leave the city and pulled some weird policy that wasn’t mentioned neither on priceline nor on their own website and since we had already paid we couldn’t look for a new place and they refused to honor our rental terms and told us to deal with priceline if we aren’t happy, but we either take the car with their revised price and add ons or forgo what we had paid already. when i called priceline they said that we had to deal with the rental agency to resolve this. basically we got screwed and i am not booking from either places ever again … however i will mention that the agent at the front desk gave us a bit of extra miles and a discounted rate per km but doesn’t change the fact that we got robbed …

The only thing to like was that compared to other rentals, the signing of documents was quicker. Everything else was a hassle and you always felt like something was going to go wrong. Very inconvenient location relative to the YUL airport and did not have the right car.
