Actually ended up canceling because one of our group of six had a heart attack disrupting our plans. We appreciated the ease of cancellation.

El auto tenia un daño que el empleado no marco antes de entregarnoslo. Nos mando a buscarlo sin verificar sus condiciones, estaba sucio, cobro una tarifa que no correspondia y se puso agresivo. Solo ll3g3

The rental was excellent, just expensive but probally the result of car shortages this year. I hope to see better prices in the future.

The Staff at the branch in Quebec (in the Hilton, 1100 René Lévesque) were particularly efficient, knowledgeable and helpful - very positive and pleasant experience - Will certainly book with them again. Very good value for money and seamless; what's not to like?
