The car drove really well. The gas tank was full and the car was clean. Zdravko helped us with our pickup and was also there for our drop off. He was really nice and made the whole experience a gods one. Mihail helped us with our drop off and was also really nice. He made the the drop off smooth and fun. We will definitely be renting from sixt again.

Did not have time to see the rental reservation completed.

They were discriminatory, unprofessional, a young guy and a young rude girl. They left us with no car in a foreign country with 2 kids. We had to rent with a competitor. Sound unbelievable but it is all truthful. The mismanagement, totally unprofessional, disregarding for the customer, we felt discriminated - we can go on and on. How difficult was for them to give us another vehicle. I hope this was just us.

Nothing

Everything. I had a reservation and they didn't explain anything during my reservation but apparently I needed to contact budget and have forms filled out 3 days prior to my arrivall date. They said they tried contacting me which is a lie. I never received a phone call or an email regarding this information. I was stuck at the airport for 8 hours. Worst experience of my life.
