We felt bad when we dropped off the vehicle that the spikes ruined a tire. It's hard to see coming into the parkade from the bright sun, while looking for signage of where to go. A different system would be helpful, or signage warning about the spikes.

It went very smoothly. Extremely happy with it. David the drop off employee was very friendly and eager to help.

The customer service of HEFTZ company in Saskatoon told me that I will be charged $35/day for extending my car for two days. But they charged me for $835 for 2 days, which is like I am facing a fraud company. I am super disappointed with the mis-guidance of the company's agent (a lady). And when I noticed, I dropped the car and I explained the agent there, but he did not care at all. He finally said I will evaluate and will call you back at 4 PM to force me to leave. And he never called me and did not pick up the phone. He actually ditched me.

Manager was friendly and quick to compensate for an issue outside of his control. Checking the car back in was a breeze. Check in location at Calgary was right at the airport terminal

My rental was Dodge RAM 1500 and I noticed on first day that dashboard lights was staying on and needed to jump next morning. Roadside assistance were unable to pinpoint cause of it so I had to run my engine every 5hrs even at night for 10min so battery doesn’t die again

Too much upselling at check out. Would not accept that I already bought insurance when booked rental. Kept trying to sell a tank of gas when I knew I’d return with a tank…No signs to navigate to car rentals from main exit of airport. Had to ask several people. Car dirty on pick up.

Good : upgraded (I did NOT request) clean, comfortable satndard SUV. NOT so good : 1 - Only 1 Budget representative to serve customers, while there were 5 persons waiting in line. I waited ~40 minutes until my turn. 2 - Budget representative offered an upgraded car (I did NOT request), & then tried to charge ~15%/$116 more. When I mentionned the difference, he tore down the contract & issued a new one, but he did not apologize. 3 - When I declined the Loss damage waiver & mentioned that the credit card insurance will cover, Budget representative said/threatened he will not talk with the insurance company & will charge the total cost of the car to my credit card. 4 - The car has a spare tirem but NO jack. The jack kit was taken out of the car. Budget iimposed a charge of $14/day for Roadside safety net/flat tire repair.

Tanvir was very helpful at drop off. Had a small issue with wheel imbalance during our rental and Tanvir offered a discomfort to compensate for our trouble which was very generous. Will use Dollar again.

Had to wait close to two hours before the car rented was available. Need to hire more clerks at the front desk.

Very surprised to see Calgary airport pickup not possible because it’s off site. NOT TRUE Dollar is ON SITE. Please correct your website Great service!

Overall smooth transaction; no surprises

The drop off/pick up is outside of the airport. If you need to drop off the car early and they are closed you have to drop off the car and take an Uber or taxi to the airport at your own cost. Just a heads up when booking.

This company and Qeeq were not willing to hold my car until my arrival at the airport and charged me a day rental for canceling the car even though I had pre-paid Would not recommend them as they are hard to deal with
