The car was what we expected for what it was. We had an early flight, so when dropping off at the chch office it wasn’t open at 6am (fair enough) but instead of offering a taxi number on the building to get to the airport maybe 1 or 2 designated spots at the airport could be a nice option. 1800-0900, otherwise drop at the office.

Never got a call back from Hertz, Tried calling countless time no response. Disgusting service
