All was rapid and clear

Due to bank holidays, flight cancellations and delays impacted our trip and created a bit of a mess. Amy help us out and brought some much needed relief after a rather stressful traveling experience. Hire more people like Amy!

As frequently happens, Enterprise did not have the exact car we rented, so it took an hour to find one with a third row, but the man at the Dublin office could not have been more helpful. And when we returned the car to Shannon, the service was excellent.

In Ireland - at Avis Budget - your American car insurance is not valid. They will not make this clear in any messaging leading up to the rental counter. This is to encourage purchase of their own insurance which is a profit center. Some credit cards cover this insurance but you need a written letter from the card issuer stating this.

Quick easy pick-up of the car and drop off. Excellent staff at pick-up and drop off point. Would have been nice if the car was cheaper but hay-ho that's life.

We were able to pick it up away from the airport but drop it off at the airport with no problem.

The car we rented wasn't at the location. We spent almost 2 hours waiting on the car. We needed that size so it would fit our golf clubs. The staff was nice enough

Staff was really professional and friendly. I did pay 120 EUR for 2 days rental, basic insurance only and had to leave 2000 EUR deposit for Skoda Fabia that was so basic, it did not have Bluetooth to play music. Comparing that to rentals I had in other countries or even in Ireland few years back price is extremely high.
