Enterprise owned their mistakes by reimbursing me for the transportation and gave me a discount of the car rental.
My flight was to North Terminal, however, the pick up was at Terminal 1. Enterprise failed to pick up me from terminal as well as failed to pick up the phone. Terminal 1 is new terminal and it still lacks informative signing for car return and car rental offices. At rhe pick up I could not have dealt with the procedure without of an interpreter as the person at the desk did not speak any other language except Arabic.
