All very smooth and easy. Only wish the cost were lower

Actually ended up canceling because one of our group of six had a heart attack disrupting our plans. We appreciated the ease of cancellation.

Seats didn't have much lumbar support and were uncomfortable. Car had a smell. Charging $100/day for an economy car is an extortion.

The insurance price was high and we found the rental somewhat higher than in other countries visited even the isolated Iceland. Another recommendation I have is there is no manual for the car and it had some useful features not easy to figure out unless very technically minded. The hand brake function and the + // - on the gear stick settings. I found the gear stick could shift to the right away from the driver yet this could have been a serious error - who knows without a manual.
