they didnt let me cancel even though it was 2 days in advance still had to pay in full completely misleading

Our flight was delayed. We went to pick up the car and we were told they had given it away. We were still charged and are not able to talk to anyone at Sixt or Kayak for a refund.

- Car was ghetto and old. And I didn't get the type I requested. - Very overpriced. Mandatory Insurance and taxes skyrocketed the price. - Customer service wasn't amazing overall.
