I’d like to share my experience here to help save other renters some potential hassles. At the time of pick up, a staff member did a walk around with me to look for damages on the car. Instead of marking any damages down on a paper form, she took pictures and video of the car. Which I was somewhat impressed with how they were so thoroughl. However, the problem occurred during the drop off. They again took pictures of the car and noticed some scratches on the dumper. I mentioned to them that those were already on the car At pick up. They said they would need to compare to the old pictures, moments later, they came back and said those pictures didn’t get uploaded. Fortunately, the lady that took the initial pictures was there, and she verified my claims. Next time, I would for sure take my own pictures as backup.
