Cheap Car Rentals in New Zagreb - istok, Zagreb

One of my vehicles was cancelled prior to my arrival because both were in my name. Found out at the counter. Was told "this will cost you more" to get a second vehicle ??? Travelling with 5 other adults.

Car interior was dirty . Very low on gas. Couldn't exit the rental area. Had scratches on the body that were hard to detect. Charged me tons of money for a minor scratch on the bottom of the bumper which was an area that I wouldn't have thought to check at the time of rental. It may or may not have been there. Of course they say it wasn't. The function of the car was fine.
