Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Expedient pickup and drop off.

The car was great, customer service was terrible and web site was out of date. I called the local number to reserve a shuttle as per the web site, but was transferred to call center. Three calls and three hours later I had been given false info, transferred, and hung up on. There is no shuttle and no local number. P/U location was a mall, but there were no signs for Budget. Wandered for thirty minutes before discovering that the office was inside the Avis office.

Easy check in. Easy pick up. Easy return. All time efficient as well.

I had booked a Mini van but staff at pickup counter informed that they don't have mini van. Instead I was given a seven seater SUV.

The first car given to us had an issue that we realized after driving away. We went straight back and the staff was apologetic and replaced the car with no issues. They were very friendly.

Two overcharges on the bill reduced your rating.

When dropping off they told me not to wait in line just that they’ll email me my receipt, but I still don’t have it or know how much I was charged. When I picked up car they made it seem like there were a lot of extra fees.

We rented a Prius. Given a Mazda. Waited an hour for our car. Car was old with a dented door and scratches. Smelled like cigarette smoke

pick-up and drop-off were a breeze. My only complaint is the passenger side headrest had a bunch of long gray and white hairs sticking out of it. I'm sure belonging to the people who rented the car before I did. Fortunately, I didn't have any passengers with me, so it was only an eyesore.

I arrived at closing time and the employees weren't able to give me a car. I understand they wouldn't give me a car because they were closed, but my frustration is that they looked up my order and told me that I wasn't billed for anything. However, they charged my credit card anyway.

We arrived to pick up our vehicle after the office closed at 5:00 Our plane landed at 5:30. We called the 800# (no one was at the actual location when we went by) and customer service told us, no problem, your car is prepaid - they will hold it for 24 hours. We stayed overnight locally, and we arrived at the location right at 8:00 when the office opened and they had already rented our car to someone else and we were told they had no more cars available. The office told us they only had an obligation to hold the car for 2 hours. Called customer service back and was told the 24 hour hold on a pre-paid car was just a courtesy and that the location was allowed to rent it to another customer if it wasn't picked up within two hours of the pick up time. That information would have been helpful the night before. Just a really unfortunate set of circumstances. When we tried to rent from another rental company, the rates were off the charts - $1,600 for 4 days for the last couple of vehicles left in the area. No one had cars. So this office rented to the next person for probably much more than we paid since availability was low and we had made our pre-paid reservation weeks before. We were told that we should have called the location, we did, but no one was there, so we called the 800#. Just a terrible reservation and communication system.
