The drop off was great and Noah was very helpful,but the original enterprise dealer called two hours before pickup to let us know they had no car for us . This cause great concern considering we needed the car for a memorial service for a decrease relative.

If a company has a commitment to provide a service or product they should be held to fulfill that contact and not call two hours prior to pick up staying they don't have become we had asked for. We were extremely dissappointed but mad. They managed to come up with car at a different location but not the one we asked for and asked for two weeks prior to pick up.

We thought we were renting from the airport location. My mistake, so we took Uber over to the correct place. We were supposed to have a mid-size SUV but when we got there, there was only a Camry and a compact SUV (Ford Escape, I think). We had 5 adults and luggage for skiing, so these were not an option. The staff there was very accommodating and did find a van that was finishing up a repair at a body shop. One of the employees took us to get food during the 45 minutes or so that we waited, so that was nice. I'm not sure the tires on the van were Colorado traction legal. We were traveling from Colorado Springs to Breckenridge. I saw a digital highway sign that Traction Law was in effect, but was not sure what that meant until someone explained later. Made it over the pass near Alma Ok but later that night had to get a push in Breck. Since the law was in effect , the van was required to be 4WD (which it wasn't) or have snow tires, which I don't think it did.

Getting the right vehicle.

Pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I was asked if I needed a ride which was greatly appreciated. I didn't need one this time but I might in the future.

Everything with the vehicle was great- other than my flight getting canceled forcing me to drive back home and nobody told me about all the added fees involved. I had my doubts when I asked how much is this going to be if I have to drive back and drop off at another location/different state and he said it wouldn’t. My under $500 for the week rental was closer to $1000. I travel so much- I doubt I’ll be using budget again based on this. It was terrible customer service at the DEN airport budget however wonderful customer service at the Stuart FL location. The car they initially gave me also had no windshield washer fluid and it was a storm when I was leaving CO. None of my cars had full tanks of gas either but I returned them all full and got it hung for that. I felt that as a customer I did more than what budget did for me.

They didn't have my reservation, so I had to look up my confirmation number. Finally they got me a car and it was just ok. A few issues with it made it very frustrating and therefore diminished the value of what was paid.

The car was very small for a mid-size. A Nissan Versa seems to be a compact to me.

Everything was ready to go. The gas tank at pick up was about 7/8 full and required 4 gallons at distinction (about 70 miles). The car was okay.

I love that the car they had was newer. I was not thrilled that some of the features while showing available in the car were not connected for use. The pet police in vehicles is pretty redundant as well.

The clerk (Tiffany?) was amazing and the vehicle was exceptionally clean. The price was OUTRAGEOUS. I could understand if I were taking the automobile to another state, but OMGoodness, I was blown away by the cost. Then I found a slip of paper taped to the dashboard stating that *I* had to clean the car before I returned it? Including an exterior carwash? I've NEVER heard of any such thing. What a major inconvenience, especially since I already have to get fuel at the gas station closest to the drop-off, so I'm not charged three times the local market value for gasoline. I'm not likely to rent a vehicle from this company again. And if these things such as cleaning it myself and the terrible prices are fairly consistent across other agencies, I shouldn't think that I will be renting an automobile from anyone in the future.

I have been traveling to Colorado since 2019 due to my Dad’s terminal illness and used this location every trip. The staff has been very friendly and not only remember me but remember the reason I was traveling. They would always ask about Dad. Now that Dad has passed I am regularly traveling back to check on Mom. The staff care, they are not just doing a job. Thank you! See you in 2 months.

I liked the ease of the process of getting the rental.

I had a big issue with Hertz needing a code at first I didn't understand what they needed. But told me because I was using a debit card I HAD to have a discount code. Finally I was able to get one through my employer and all was good. I DO NOT GET WHY YOU NEED A DISCOUNT CODE JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE USING A DEBIT CARD THOUGH.

not much to like.

Hertz denied my reservation at the counter because they required that I present the same physical credit card used to book the reservation. Kayak only instructed that I must present any credit card in my own name. Hertz said that Kayak gave the wrong instructions and it was not Hertz's fault. I was forced to pay for the rental car a second time on a different credit card for a higher amount. Even though the Hertz agent said that I would not be charged for the original reservation, I was, and I have had to dispute the original charges to get a refund. I won't use Kayak or Hertz again.

I was in the mountains and b weed something reliable through the snow. Being a car rental in the mountains, you'd think they would rent me a car that was good for that. However, I got a car with bald tires giving me no shot to get through the snow. I couldn't drive my car the entire time I was there because I was stuck in the driveway. When it was finally time for me to leave, I had to be towed out of the snow TWICE. It was miserable and a waste of my money.
