|Aug 2023The entire car rental process went very smoothly!

|Aug 2023Bus took over an hour to pick up at the shuttle area. There were too many people waiting by the time the bus showed up and had to wait on another bus even though we were the third group waiting originally luckily the next bus came within 15 minutes. Then had to wait almost 2 hours in line at the pick up location just to get the pick up process started. Not a single employee moved with any sense of urgency. Will be giving my business to anybody else except budget or Avis since they are part of the same group.

|Jul 2023Not great, took over two hour to get checked in and to get the car picked up. Equipment not working properly and they didn’t have enough staff working to handle the number of people needing assistance.

|Jul 2023Terrible. Me quisieron hacer un cargo de 200 dolares extras los cuales en ningún momento se mencionaron. Con lo cual no pude realizar la renta pues se excedía el límite de mi tarjeta de crédito. La persona que me atendió no supo ayudarme. Y no ofreció ninguna solución.
