You kept $200.00 on my credit card and it was to be credited back when I returned the car. There was NO opportunity to discuss or look into this. The guy that checked me in simply said, "leave the keys" and there is your courtesy bus. I want to know where or when the $200.00 hold is released to me and have proof of it. Regis Sauger

The gas wasn't full when we got the car. Mileage range when we got in was 356 miles. When I filled it several times during the week range was 480 plus. Car was clean, many dinges and scratches but overall good for the price. Will rent again

Horrible experience. They gave car with no battery & no curiosity to even serve us first as we return back due to bad car issuance. I dont recommend to any one for this kind of poor customer service & they gave a remote that has no buttons( Mazda SUV). Plus car has all kind of indicators & we are not sure if that car will complete the trip.

When I picked up my vehicle, the agent told me the parking space where my rental was located. However, I did not understand him, and had to return to the rental booth to ask again. It would have been helpful to have the parking space clearly marked on my paperwork. Overall, though, everything went smoothly.

Pick up was a disaster, long wait and much confusion between Avis, Budget and Payless. Car turned out to be an SUV that was backed up to a light post base so the rear door couldn’t be opened to put in luggage. Drop off was also a mess as there was no place to put the car and no directions to bus stop. I was directed into a spot which was partially blocked by a plastic post so I couldn’t get in straight. I also was not expecting to have $250 charged to my card when the rental was PREPAID!

The car windows would have benefited from a treatment of RainX...during a couple of rain storms the raindrops beaded up so much on the side windows and side mirrors that it was very difficult to see through them. I even stopped once to wipe them off, but they instantly beaded up again.

The premium suv I reserved wasn’t so premium. A ton of air sound would come in from the windshield once I hit 45mph as if the weather strip was not properly replaced. The breaks were also very bad the vehicle should have been serviced before being rented out.

We were charged an extra $31 for being 3 minutes late on the drop off. Seriously? Everything else was great, including all of the people we talked with. If Corporate policy instructs a $31 charge for being 3 minutes late, we will never rent from Enterprise again.

Van was brought up, left for 6 miles, then low tire light came on, went back, swapped stuff to another van. Sienna was learning curve. Had an emergency, at home. returned car to DTW lot used 6 of the 9 days. Got no receipt from accepting agent. Got home to my wife in hospital and found a receipt from Thrifty charging $198 for AP conc fee which I told them was already in the previous contract. Called 3 times, Thrifty refused to reverse. Even when i said they had 3 days rental revenue to use the van. Didn't want credit for the days, just not to pay twice for airport fee.

The Rav4 was having computer issues and kept hanging up on people that I called and not being able to use the navigation. Was very scary considering how much we rely on computer systems in our cars now and was driving during a snow storm.

2 hours to pick up the rental.... and the people that work at AVIS at the DET airport DO NOT care that they made 30 plus people wait for their cars.... and neither does their coperate customer service
