Disliked the length of the line. You need me more staff to handle the load. Liked pretty much everything else. Great communication ahead of time regarding the Tesla and learning it’s features. Fantastic interactions with staff. Actual process once done waiting in line was smooth and clear. Gladly rent from you again!

Pick up process was a free for all with 1 person working and 30 people trying to get a car. In the garage. Terrible In the terminal again 1 person for a huge line. Overall pick up process was absurd - for a busy airport where tons of rentals are booked you need to do better. Drop off was smooth but probably because all they had to do was scan your car and verify your email for receipt

I purchased insurance and the agent still tried to sell us additional coverage. It took nearly an hour and a half to pick up our car, which is ridiculous because we had all paperwork ready, there were only three groups in front of us, and it was AFTER MIDNIGHT. The wait time was completely unacceptable.

First name should be “Take”. Spent nearly an hour to eventually get them to honor the reservation price of $261.11. After they tried to change me $545.00. Fortunately I was able to speak with Joshua, who unlike the first guy who became rude and belligerent, was extremely professional and agreed that the reserved price was $261.11. Unfortunately I was given the most stripped down SUV I’ve ever seen. No power seat adjustment for the driver and no power lift gate. Will not be coming back.

I was had. The whole gasoline thing was not explained to me. She said don't fill it up, they will do it and save me $0.20 per gallon. Brought car back ⅞ full and got charged $95 to fill it. Even worse, it was only ⅞ full by its gauge when I picked it up. I should have brought that up at the time but let it go. Well played, Advantage...you got me.

The customer service was excellent! They (two different gentlemen) were polite and helpful with my calls about tolls before the pickup and were just as friendly once we got there. Everyone from the shuttle bus driver (who was very prompt and helpful) to the counter lady and the lady that gave us our car was excellent. We will definitely rent with them again. Thank you!

First and foremost, when someone books a convertable, thats what i expect. That person handeling check in at the jetblue terminal in orlando on saturday morning should be sent back for retraining. After showing my reservation with the convertable, he goes back and forth with me, telling me that in the “system” its a different category of car. I then went to show him the reservation again and he says thats not an avis reservation number. He says i should call the number on the reservation… so i did. And. IT WAS AVIS IN ORLANDO!!!! At this point im beyond furious going back and forth, that i said, in general, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS, GIVE ME WHATEVER YOU HAVE SO I CAN GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE! Instead of resolving the issue, this individual wants to act like my ex girlfriend and tell me to calm down in a passive tone!! And then he says youre not allowed to be nasty here!! OOH IM SORRY, I DIDNT KNOW I LANDED IN FN PLEASANTVILLE!! AND I SAID THAT IN GENERAL NOT TO YOU!! This went on for 5-7 mins with people and kids online. Instead of focusing on a resolution, this chump wanted to argue with me, since he had no idea how to resolve the issue!! i paid for a convertable and got a dirty sports car. Inside and out. Cant wait for my next experience!

Pickup took two hours - not enough staff for volume of renters. Poor signage to get to cars. Drop off - no one to accept car. Not sure what to do. Leave key and walk away? Later a bill arrived by email charging us for filling the gas tank. A scam? We had just filled the gas tank before drop off. Called to complain. At this point not resolved yet. Avis gets a poor review this time.

The car was filthy. The windshield was so bad it was dangerous when it rained and turned the wipers on. The interior was very dirty and the exterior was not washed. The car had over 60000 miles and there was a grinding noise from the brakes.
