While the service at the airport was very good, a gentleman from Alama had to come over and assist with the self service kiosk. It wouldn't accept my credit card or drivers license without a lot of trying and manipulating of the cards. It finally took after several minutes. Several machines were out of service and nobody else was using them even through there was a long line at the counter. Wondering why??

I really enjoyed the fact you are able to skip the counter and head straight to pick up your car. The easy of the check in and check out process. The customer service could be better but was ok. The choice of vehicles was excellent at this location.

I purchased insurance and the agent still tried to sell us additional coverage. It took nearly an hour and a half to pick up our car, which is ridiculous because we had all paperwork ready, there were only three groups in front of us, and it was AFTER MIDNIGHT. The wait time was completely unacceptable.

When I selected it and booked it online I chose insurance but when I got there the price literally doubled and suddenly I had to add insurance again. Big scam.

We paid $55/day to get an old and outdated midsize car. I was surprised that it seemed earlier 2000s for the price we paid, and it was so small that I hit my head when I got into the car (I'm only 5'6). Most importantly, the same person who checked us in and out at pickup/dropoff was incredibly rude. She was impatient, unfriendly, and didn't want to help us with questions we had about the tolls. Between the customer service and the car selection, I will never go to this Budget again.

The price quoted online changed. I was forced to add insurance even when other customers ahead of me only had to show their insurance card. They were rude and kept me waiting for over an hour. I will never, ever use this rental agency again. Their service was horrible.

Everything was great, except for the lady who tried to get me to sign up for a 2 hour meeting for a cruise, hotel stay. She became rude when I would not leave a cash deposit for the 2 hour seminar. Everyone else was great.

The pickup was great. The problem occurred after I received the final bill for the rental car. I company added CDW insurance after I stated I did not want and had full coverage with my insurance company. Ace also charge an onsite fee for the airport, but they are located offsite. I attempted to call the manager but his voicemail was full and his staff would not helpful. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. Please do a better job vetting companies you recommend.

the control remató battery was dead so that could not open the car or turn it on it was a disaster in addition to that the woman who helped me return the car for another one was very unpleasant and did not collaborate had a cigarette smell and dirty

Long wait with only 2 representatives trying to help about 10 waiting customers. But they tried to manage it well. Overall, good experience except we are charged additional fueling charges when we returned at the same level of gas. And, there is no direct contact number for the location to speak with any agent there.

I ended up being charged immensely more money at the time of pick-up than I was prepared for. Fees that I was not previously notified of even existing, such as a "young driver fee" for being 24 years old instead of 25 years old and additional insurance costs, made my rental for the week cost way more than I was expecting to have to pay. Customers need to be rightfully notified of upcoming cost, especially in situations like renting a vehicle.

Advantage uses the Wally Park facility. There are no clear directions when leaving the facility or returning the car on how to gain access. There should be an access code to leave and to come back. Each time I had to call a gate keeper - who was rude - to help me leave and return.

Having actual cars when you have booked them weeks in advance. Have enough staff to actual handle the volume. Don't send customers across the airport to an empty space. Then when you return to the desk have them tell you that they are short of cars and have you wait an hour and a half until they find one.

They refused to honor my booking as it was made in the UK but I had a Florida license. I was not the only one having issues. The manager on duty was awful, rude and offensive and worst of all ignorant.

The wonderful ladies who assisted me in my pickup and drop off were absolutely fantastic! The vehicle that I picked up was an upgrade due to the shortage of availability and ended up being a BMW X5. Pretty nice, although the vibration in the wheels on the highway was several and definitely not ok. Thankfully it was only a one way rental for an hour and a half drive. If I needed a car for a longer trip it would have been really miserable to continue. I payed around $250 for this rental. Far too high for a one day car especially one that is damaged and smells like it’s been smoked in. The people who assisted me made the experience with a very happy one.

The online booking process was easy. The lines at the counter to get the car was painful. It took almost an hour standing in line. The manager tried to give me a Toyota Tacoma truck although I had booked for a Toyota Camry or similar car. THat was not nice. I realize the storm in Orlando caused delays and so the lines were longer. I feel the company should have staffed the counter accordingly.
