This location is far from the airport. The cars were very dirty. You must have and show all your insurance documents. I would suggest using an American Express card as they cover your rental cars insurance for free. Would not recommend using them. You get what you pay for.

I think their pricing is dishonest. Low rates but unexpected add ons Not clear it takes an extra shuttle to get there from airport Some staff good others on the surly side I would not rent from them again

Horrible, they lied that they offered unlimited mileage, this is only offered to renters who flew in, if you’re a local renter, you’ll be charged $25 in addition to the cost of the car. They had very few car options available, didn’t even have what I paid and reserved for. You get charged $16/day for toll if you choose to while other rental cars only charge $13/day. The worst location ever, they are so hidden from the DFW airport and are 10 miles away from the airport which they had their location listed as the airport. The worst experience ever, WILL NEVER RENT FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

They’re FAR from terminal. You take a shuttle to rental center and then wait 30 min to be picked up on their shuttle and it’s another 15 min drive to their office. Then it’s another 30 min to get a car, because there’s a line and they work super slow. The car I got was clean inside but dirty outside. Would not recommend.

Never picked up car. Two hour wait in small cramped building, not at airport. Finally gave up and took their shuttle back to airport and got a car from another agency in under 10 minutes. Terrible experience.

I rented an S-Class vehicle. It was not available when I arrived at the DFW counter. The rental agent gave me a sub-class car without telling me. It was also filthy. You could hardly see out the windshield. It had 70,000 miles on it, a Buick Encore. The steering was not perfect and after a good rainstorm it had a big scratch on the side. I was disappointed. It felt like a bait and switch. The details of the contract need to be fulfilled accurately, Avis, or it leads to a negative experience. Thank you.

Bad experience. They gave me a car without extra tire( inside) I had a flat tire Road assistant couldn’t help me. I return The car before the due date because I had flat tire and they didn’t refund me anything even though my Uber money back . Very sad
