The Budget counter was closed with directions to go to Avis. The line was long, they were low on cars. Very displeased at how long it took. Wasted vacation time with this mess and it wasn’t even a great rate.

I returned the van 2 hours before it was due back. Their rep must not have filed the paperwork properly because Budget is still asking me to return the vehicle - 2 weeks later. My credit card company declined all the charges Budget processed against me and I had to get a new card due to perceived Fraud on Budget's end. What the Hell

We had to cancel our reservation and get another car from another agency. We we went to the desk to get our car we were told it was going to be a 2-3hr wait for a car to be available to us. No explanations why other than there were none ready and we had to get in line with everyone else and when one became available then we could have it. There were no notices sent out of info given it was just a show up and wait. I don't mind waiting some times, I get it, but 2-3 hours is a bit much.

Heard to speak to anyone..was on hold for for 45 mins was hung up on 2 times in line for 4 hours to find out no cars where available even thou it was paid for... Making me jump thru hoops to recieve my $ back...bs!😣waisted a whole day dealing with situation. Tottaly lost a day with my daughter on her wedding week.

Went to pick up my rental at 10:00 pm on 5/12/23 and they were completely out of cars and weren’t honoring reservations. Spent $200 on a hotel and Ubers, tried again the next morning at 6:00 am and they still didn’t have any cars. Left and booked a car with another company. Would not recommend this Dollar to anyone.

The service and car were wonderful. The only criticism is the insurance policies. My personal insurance will cover everything but loss of use. In order to get that coverage I needed to buy the most expensive coverage; that is, the full coverage. I think that this tactic for getting customers to buy full coverage is awful.

"Compact" doesn't or perhaps shouldn't mean sacrificing expenses on specific car items. For example, when my sister pulled down the passenger visor to fix herself, there was NO MIRROR! Crust!! Although this car got me where it needed me to get to--thank you!--it just seemed like a REALLY laughable car (on your part) that would WANT to force me to upgrade. Kudos (and smart on your part) to you if you intended for that! I had to choose this last minute car. That I got a card, I was happy. The price, however, was a heavy pill I HAD to swallow.

The price was great and it was busy when I got there and I got my car within 30 Min. It went a little to fast in the cleaning part. Needed to ve vacuumed I found a cup under my seat and it had dirt in it. The seats were clean and it was just washed so I was ok with that.

You should put a few signs to guide the customers to the exactly Advantage car return site at the rental care return(DFW airport). I had to spent more than 20 minutes in finding out the correct site for Advantages care return

I rented an S-Class vehicle. It was not available when I arrived at the DFW counter. The rental agent gave me a sub-class car without telling me. It was also filthy. You could hardly see out the windshield. It had 70,000 miles on it, a Buick Encore. The steering was not perfect and after a good rainstorm it had a big scratch on the side. I was disappointed. It felt like a bait and switch. The details of the contract need to be fulfilled accurately, Avis, or it leads to a negative experience. Thank you.

Bad experience. They gave me a car without extra tire( inside) I had a flat tire Road assistant couldn’t help me. I return The car before the due date because I had flat tire and they didn’t refund me anything even though my Uber money back . Very sad

A previous renter had obviously smoked an our car, as our car smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We didn't fully appreciate this until we had driven out of the lot and it was very late at night and there was a line of about 80 people at the Avis counter, so we could not realistically go back and exchange it. Avis should not be renting cars in which people have obviously smoked. Now all of our clothes and belonging smell like steel cigarette smoke. Yuck!

Everything was great. The only thing that would have made it perfect is a cleaner inside windshield. They cleaned it but there was a film and really clean windshields are one of my OCD things so I noticed it. Otherwise, great people and they did a great job. I would definitely rent from them again.

Airport Van Rental is NOT located at the DFW rental car center as you will be lead to believe! It is not obvious anywhere. You cannot take the rental car shuttle to get to them. You must call them and arrange for a pickup that takes forever. When returning vehicle after hours, we were instructed to just park their car at the rental car center and to leave key behind fuel door. The rental car center has listed everywhere that parking is limited to 2 hours or the vehicle will get towed, so this method of return just seems sketchy. Van was older than what you would expect from a rental, with 98,000 miles on it. Staff are very friendly. Overall, the hassle was not worth the few dollars saved.

First, I blame you folks for not vetting this company and it's insurance policies. They require customers to show proof of insurance coverage if they decline to use Easirents'. Guess what, nowhere in your info is this little factoid made known. Had it been, I would have been prepared. And let's face facts---this rental company wants it that way! Their price for coverage is outrageous! A scam pure and simple. Once you're there to pick up your wonderfully inexpensive ride, and you face this dilemma---you have two options---get ripped off or go elsewhere. Thank goodness ACE had available cars and they let me decline their coverage. I don't need it as I have excellent insurance coverage for when I use a rental. The staff were not pleasant to deal with, as this is obviously a issue they face a lot of very upset customers---in fact there was another person trying to deal with this issue when I arrived. Think this is BS? A rare event or one time only happening? Rent a vehicle from them and go thru the experience. Kayak---u ought to be ashamed! James N. Hill

They ask.that you call a phone number to be picked up at the DFW Rental Car Center. I called 25 timess with no answer. After an hour I finally called their sales phone number to get picked up. When I complained at the Easirent rental car center,they said “It sometimes happens ”. What kind of customer service is that? My big complaint is their insurance scam. I brought a copy of my policy and they said my auto insurance was inadequate and that I had to have their coverage at $20 a day. I flew to Denver a few days later and Avis accepted my insurance no problem. When I complained to the Easirent agent, he said, “we do things differently”. I witnessed person after person at the counter hit with this phony charge. You can’t walk away to another rental company because you’re away from the DFW rental car center. It is illegal and they should be prosecuted.

wanted to charge me an etra 65 dollars per day for pass and inssurance. Location about 10 miles from airport not at rental car hub at air port. I gat a ride back to airport and rented from another car agaency. They did not reeturn my money, kept it all. What a farce. these guys are scammers
