I did not like that they charged me for my husband to drive even though the reservation was in my name. Also, I didn't like that they made me use a major credit card or I could not get the car I reserved. For those reasons I will not be using Thrifty in the future. I used another car rental company in the last 6 months and they did not do these things so therefore, I will use the in the future.

The only thing that was kind of a hassle was that Thrifty was supposed to be open until midnight. We got there at 11:30 and they were closed. We had to go to their partner company, had to get in line with all of their clients, along with all of their partners clients. Didn't get our car until well after 1 o'clock. We did get a nice upgrade for our trouble though, which was a VERY nice surprise.

We were told that there were no cars available even though we had a reservation. We were told our options were to return the next morning and hope a car was returned in the meantime or to find a vehicle from a different company, which we did successfully. When we attempted to get our deposit back, we were told that since we didn't call for a resolution at the desk that we wouldn't have our deposit returned. We are currently in the grievance process to reclaim the deposit.

My trip was cancelled but I couldn't cancel the car rental because I didn't notice when I reserved the car that it was at an un-cancelable rate. So in essence I paid $250 for nothing.

Had a reservation but meant nothing as LAS Enterprise had no large SUV like I supposedly had reserved, had to go to Avis to rent a Large SUV. Staff at Enterprise were rude and basically told us we were out of Luck, that’s what happens with March Madness…so disappointed with customer service

I completed all required documentation online prior to arriving at rental place at airport only to find out they are not located at airport due to their poor ratings, however they have shuttle to transport you to their offsite rental location I left my passport in hotel because it was not required during rental application, only valid drivers license. After 2.5 hours of waiting in line, they requested a physical copy of my passport. I did not have time to go back to hotel to get passport and asked for refund which they kindly agreed to however.......... They have not removed the charge on my credit card.......... Please provide assistance for refund Thank you & regards Doug

Car was the cheapest that I could find, which is what I wanted. Check-in and return experiences were fine. The customer service rep was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Two things that soured my experience: 1) I had to take an ADDITIONAL 10 minute bus ride from the Airport Rental Center (which required its own bus from the terminal) to the Easirent location; 2) check-in queue was 75 minutes long. The customer service rep did try to upsell me on glass and tire protection, but quickly allowed me to waive it. I would only recommend Easirent when travelers have the time and patience to work their way through the process --- time i did not have that day.

We travel all over the world, for work and vacations. We hire a lot of cars ! This was probably the best car hire centre We have been in !!! What amazing staff, such a clean office and thanks for the free upgrade . Sixth should be proud of the staff here. Shout out to Anthony !
