They had no rental cars and did not care to help us find a new one at another location or offer any sort of alternative:(

I honestly loved everything. Picking up the car was super easy and the woman who assisted us allowed us to change our drop off time. I absolutely LOVED how there's a drop box for keys if you want to drop the car off during after-hours. That made our schedule a lot easier since we had an early-morning flight. The car was clean, smelled good, and maintained well. I also loved how there was unlimited miles as long as you fill up the tank before drop off. 11/10 would recommend to anyone seeking to rent a car!

The owner is on site and was a super nice guy. The process was easy.

So, the representative was really nice and hard working. There was a long line. Avetis over works this poor man. I waited more than 1 hour and he was working so hard to clean the cars, inspect the cars, help people pick up the vehicles, and help people drop off the vehicles. After waiting on In a line, they were no cars for me. How this works is that they except your reservation, and it is on the first base first come first serve basis

The inside of the car had multiple rental contracts and diaper trash shoved in the doors. When I called to extend my rental, they moved it to a different time without my permission and the the rep said oh well, now your locked in. Completely unprofessional.

Personal service from Big Mo when we picked up our car at the Sahara was great, he was knowledgeable and helpful.

Strong arm tactics to get me to buy their insurance. Told me the had to call my insurance company to verify my insurance (logging in to the gecko company website to show current policy was not enough) and the hold time was 50 minutes (according to enterprise, when I called no such wait moments later). Or the option was to get their insurance and I wouldn't have to wait until "whenever my insurance answers the phone".

Quick, easy and friendly service! Exceptional!! I only wish that we can get this level of service in canada.
