I didn't even get the rental and was still charged

Jon, who was working at Hertz actually, was amazingly helpful and kind to me when I got in late. He is one of the most friendly people I’ve dealt with in my many years of traveling for work. I don’t want him to leave that desk, as he’s so wonderful at dealing with customers, but that man deserves a promotion. And if not that, a raise. Travelers are weary and tired and sometimes difficult. Jon could lead a very good team in dealing with those difficulties. Best, Jessamyn

The lady at the MKE counter told me there were no cars and she was closed, but I was able to get a reservation online, so she then said “I told you we didn’t have any cars, why did you do that…just a minute, I’ll ask my boss” I waited about another 15 min and then she said into the phone “oh great, it’s a one way”. She then said “well, I guess I have to give you this car” So I said, “oh, I’m sorry, you don’t sound happy” and she said, “well I’m losing a car ma’am”. I did finally get a car-but it took forever and she tried to make me feel bad for renting a car!

Exterior of the car could’ve been washed prior to pick

The vehicle originally offered had no back seats. Then the alternate vehicle did not have working A/C. However the customer service experience was excellent!

Fantastic! Especially the gentleman who worked at the Budge counter in the Milwaukee airport. I don’t recall his name but he was such a pleasure to work with - so kind and professional. Anyway, I wanted to give him some kudos…just wish I could recall his name. Perhaps Budget can look up my rental in the system and determine who that agent was - and give him a raise. Thank you, I usually wait until I am near the airport before getting fuel. There was no gas station near the airport so I brought the car without filling it up. You might want to mention that when someone picks up the car.

I got a great car, could've been a tad cheaper, but excellent service otherwise
