Cheap Car Rentals in Riverwest, Milwaukee

They were out of cars. I had to get one from Avis and pay 3 times as much at last minute.

Car was not ready for pick up, had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning. Car was 6 years old with 50K+ miles and reeked of stale marijuana smoke! Also got charged DOUBLE the rate I reserved it for from CarRentals.com!!!

Was given a defective vehicle and did not have the opportunity to exchange it. Informed Hertz of the problem and they did nothing to remediate the situation.

I did not like the car I got! I did not like not having the option to upgrade! Service was basic and nonchalant.

It was great! The staff was extremely busy and I observed them taking care of all who waited professionally and efficiently. They had a couple of tough situations and demands too! Return process was easy and quick too.

Enterprise always does an excellent job.

Pick up and drop off could have been better. I use airport budget, and they are much faster, and the drop off is easier.

when I initially picked up my one month rental from downtown Milwaukee, it turned out that one of the tires had been leaking air, and had not been checked by this location. This could be confirmed by the fact that it was leaking just over one pound of pressure/day--which I determined after a few days into the rental--and was already at 25 lbs when I arrived at my destination just 80 miles away on my first day of the rental.

Just because Kayak accepts your credit card does not mean Avis will. Always have a back up credit card just in case.

Never got the car I was promised

They called me at 8am and said they dis not have a vehicle for me. When they finally got one around 11am i had to take it home and spend 30 min cleaning it. When i took it back they tried to say i had a pet in it as it had 4 pieces of pet hair in it!!
